1 General Introduction

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at j9ya is ৳500 (five hundred taka). This limit applies to all payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on account level and verification status.

3.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. In urgent situations or due to technical reasons, this time may increase slightly in some cases.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will give an additional ৳10,000 as a bonus, making the total balance ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To make bonus funds withdrawable, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (20x wagering). This means if you receive a ৳10,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳200,000 in wagers before withdrawing.

4.3 Bonus Policy

• Each bonus has a specific expiry period; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to other members.

4.4 VIP Program

j9ya's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members can advance to higher levels based on regular play. Each level offers weekly cashback: 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and up to 1.0% at Diamond. Detailed VIP benefit terms are published separately.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

j9ya believes in fair play. All games are conducted impartially and transparently. If any member attempts to win a wager by exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or unfair advantages, the winnings from that wager will be voided.
